Spent an amazing 8 days here with my family. The whole experience was amazing. Great hotel and resort and a place of tranquility in the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The sunsets are to die for and so chilled. Great Food at both restaurants is definitely 5 Star. Buffet breakfast outstanding and the choice of food second to none. Best cocktails we’ve had at any hotel we’ve stayed at. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view. The pool area and gardens were well maintained by the staff, and it truly felt like a tropical paradise. The location is ideal—peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to explore the surrounding area. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of comfort and luxury. I highly recommend this resort to anyone I can't wait to come back!

The resort is without doubt the best resort in Kuta, nothing else comes close. They've even thought of playing bird song to make you forget you're in the middle of the city. The staff are absolutely lovely. The daily breakfast is like nothing I've ever experienced, it caters to absolutely every nationality's preference.

This is not a cheap property for Kuta standards but it is certainly first class, the breakfast, best ive had anywhere in the world. Beds were excellent. But the coffee was the best, best anywhere in all of Bali.

For the area it was beautiful, staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was good , however sea side restaurant food was average and not a big selection. The other restaurant we could not eat at because all food contained chilli. It would be good if y they had other options.

Due to volcanic activity in Bali, I was unable to travel as planned, and I contacted my travel agent who inturn contacted the hotel to request a refund and or credit. Poor service, broken TV, room not ready for two hours, had to wait in lobby after 26 hour flight. Took us to room overlooking the garbage and employee back entrance which we changed but only for a $100 upgrade; wrong food delivered by room service, no screens on doors= no fresh air bc of mosquitos and AC was broken (!), bed was hard like a rock, manager offered free shuttle to airport as compensation (but we were not going to airport).

The property is lovely, with wonderful views of the sea, especially while dining in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was unlike anything I’ve seen before, outstanding. The staff were so helpful and so polite, and the swimming pool was fabulous. Great experience overall.

A wonderful beach resort in Kuta area.

Great hotel and the staff were friendly. Direct access to the beach is definitely awesome. The buffet breakfast was good with varieties! The property is very near to the airport (5 to 10 mins drive) and Kuta area (5 mins walk). Serenity but in a bustling area! Highly recommended to stay in Kuta area ☺️
