The complimentary breakfast was nice and the front staff was always polite. Their toilets arent the best because it clogs so easily where you have to request a plunger from the front desk. I was there for 4 days and not once did my room get cleaned or did I get brought clean towels or anything. I was told they clean rooms every few days but I guess its closer to once a week that these get cleaned. All the doors are locked 24/7 so if you dont have your key, you are locked out of even entering the hotel and have to buzz the front to let you in. It was a nice stay but needed improvements.

Staff pleasant. Cleanliness ok. Pillows good, beds average. Breakfast had waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal and juice. Hot tub was out of order which was a bummer after a day at the amusement park. But easy booking with check in and out and affordable
