Need to invest in property.

This hotel is in a nice neighborhood with many places to eat. Right off the freeway. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The thing that needs attention is the carpet in the hallways it is very bad and when people see it they will treat the property poorly because they will figure that nobody cares.

The shower head was clogged so water didn't come out very well. The hot breakfast didn't include the usual scrambled eggs and protein. Just the waffles. Hard boiled eggs were available the 1st day out of 6 but only that day. Sometimes our hotel door wouldn't lock. You could just open the door shutting it. Areas needed to be cleaned. Seemed a little dirty. Probably won't be staying here again.

The noise I endured at this hotel was unreal. The people in the next room were having an all night party. On a weekday. By 2.30am I could not sleep or take any more. I got the Asian guy on the front desk to move me to another room. On a different floor on the other side of the building. He was very apologetic and really helped me out. I have nothing but praise for him. He checked with me the next day about the new room and apologized again. The new room was much better but be aware, the freeway noise at this hotel is really loud. The place is rundown. There is animal pee and poop stains all over the hallway carpets. Not a clean hotel. I will never stay here again.

If you need a bed and like access to the plethora of foodie options and the theme parks this is OK. Honestly though, this place needs serious renovations. I only stayed here to try it. I normally stay at the Sheraton. It’s day and night, but this could be day, too, if they just put some love into and erase the past. The end.

Tommy was fantastic! Very accommodating! We left another hotel due to it being a complete disaster. We arrived from Canada at midnight and Tommy was so patient kind and caring. He was able to help us find a great room. The hotel was central to everything and was a very lucky find. We will stay again.
