i’ve never been to a hotel that has patio doors leading to the hallway, that is what’s considered a “balcony” the hot tub was closed for “maintenance” we plugged in a charger to the lamp outlet and blew a fuse. pool had a funny smell the vending machines were out of order the ice room was gutted our deadbolt was removed from our room door overall i would never go back, even for a cheap one night stay. extremely weird vibes all the way through. one good thing , the bed was comfy.

Worst stay ever

This facility did not have what it mentioned. When I arrived the clerk quoted me a different price than what I booked for. A difference of $90 more. I showed the clerk my iterniary and he still charged me $5 difference. Also he asked for my credit card first before quote my rate. Everything that was listed as amenities they did not have. There was no Uno restaurant, hot tub not working, pool was too cold. On day 2 of my stay. I was locked out of my room from coming from having breakfast. I asked the clerk why would you do this if I haven't checked out. His reply was this is your check out day. I stated I have until 11am and the time was 8:45am. I will not book again for a business trip. Very unpleasant experience!!!!

This place is running off of previous owners advertising. It is nothing like online. There were stains on everything. Stains of human nature and food. On sheets and all chairs there was food and i think feces on walls. none of the floors have been cleaned in a long time. The lock on sliding glass door leading out to open area had broken lock. Did not feel safe. Hot tub broken, clean towels stored in garbage can. Absolutely horrible i wish this place on nobody. When we went to check out there were others who were doing the same thing. They showed up checked in seen room and wanted to leave immediately. I took pictures of everything, when i showed front desk they didnt care... just gave me refund.

I like the amenities of this property like the steam room, sauna, pool. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was down temporarily but because it had been serviced waiting for inspection. The common area was very open and indoors with an outdoor feeling. You can access it through a patio door. You don’t get these amenities at many hotels anymore. The hotel smelt fresh and not like cigarettes compared to the other hotels. I don’t know why people are leaving bad reviews. My stay here was pleasant.
