Had a pool state tournament which was cool but had a room with a smoke detector battery low. Alarm was beeping and saying low battery all night. Staff came once to change battery never fixed the solution told them about it and forgot about us the rest of the night. The one next door travel lodge would have been a better stay in my opinion.

Hotel was not very clean. Steam room and sauna did not work. Pool and pool room were kept freezing even after asking for them to turn up the heat. Far from a resort and spa. My family and I will not be returning

My room was dirty from start to finish. Pointed that out and he said he sent someone back up to clean and it was not. My property also came up missing after the clean. It stinks when you walk in and the atmostsphere is nasty.Very disappointed.

The place has roaches. The staff are the owners and they know and don’t care. I have other friends who have stayed and they saw them also. The place isn’t what I’d call “safe” at all. We listened to a woman scream for over an hour in the public area at 3:00am for almost an hour. They have some “long term” guests, and it was weird the way they just walked around like the entire place was their home.

This place was in terrible condition. The steam unit and sauna were closed because of a so called high ph level, which makes absolutely no sense at all. There was carpet torn out and not replace in a large commons area. The place gave me amd my kids the creeps. We left and didn't stay. I asked for a refund because the suana wasn't working. But we were then told they would turn it on for us. The restaurant in the hotel(pizzeria Uno) was permanently closed. There was only one other group staying in the hotel the night we were there(i looked like they were living there). No refund, but i honestly didn't even try hard. This place just needs a serious overhaul/remodel. All that being said, it was cheap and I probably could have made it work for myself. But it was definitely not as advertised.
