Whilst we did not get the room we thought we had booked, our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful and hot. The hotel was very clean in all areas. We would stay again.

Hotel was great but…

Hotel was nice, but had a strange experience. K-9 unit and officer sweeping the floor in the late evening. Dog was barking like crazy. Not sure what was going on but it made me feel very unsafe as I was traveling with a child.

Had trouble Checking in the app didn’t work. They tried to charge me more than it was supposed to be charged. Expedia had to reimburse me the Wi-Fi didn’t work. The breakfast was pretty good. The bathroom was not very clean. There was mold around the grout. The bed was hard as a rock and the sheets were about to pop off and they were upside down so I figured they weren’t even clean. The pillows went flat.

Poor condition rooms

The first room we were assigned was in very poor condition and dirty. The beds were different heights and mattresses terribly lumpy. The ceiling had extensive water damage and it started leaking during our stay. We were given another room, which was considerably better, but still needed a good cleaning. Linens are dated and worn, mini fridge rusted and noisy.
