The grounds were as beautiful as always!! This is our 5th time staying at the property and do feel like it has slipped a little in the overall vibe. We used to get a small clean in the middle of the week, and that has gone away. Also, small details like the toaster not working properly, or the drain being plugged. Once the front desk was notified, we had repairs done quickly, but just feel like an overall dust up is in order.

Room was tidy and the view was lovely. Couch was a bit worn and kitchen was minimally equipped. It’s not really geared towards cooking, rather it was well equipped for heavy drinkers. We would have appreciated more dishes, utensils, and cooking tools, pots and pans. With dietary restrictions it’s nice having the option to make some of our own meals.

The room was well maintained, with all amenities. Staff were pleasant and the beach location and property maintenance is excellent. We have stayed at Honua Kai several times and have never been disappointed

Nice hotel but no housekeeping

Beautiful condo hotel. Room very spacious and one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in. Loved having a kitchen and laundry for second half of our trip. Only complaint was that there is no housekeeping which was not shown on the Hotels.com website and being there for 6 days that was a long time. Luckily the hotel gave us extra towels and emptied the garbage after a few days on request.
