The hotel is falling apart. There are workers there fixing it but some of the rooms, they shouldn't allow people in .. we had a room on the second floor with the floor in several weak spots... We then got put on the third floor where there is clear water damage and not very clean. Also there's no breakfast or pool and there hasn't been for quite some time.

On Expedia it was advertised to have breakfast and pool. Completed my check in when daughter read the sign about no pool nor breakfast. When checked in, staff did not verbally state there was no pool nor breakfast. When I said something about false advert, staff stated it was too much work to get it back on Expedia once they were removed. Did not ask if I still wanted to check in. Once we were in the room, decided to stay the 1 night and go somewhere else. Also, staff should undersatnd that we - the guests - do NOT want to hear how your employer kicked you out and that you do not have a way to work. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Now I have to figure out how to get my $$$ back for the 2 nights we did not stay!!

This place is terrible worse hotel I've ever stayed at. The room was just nasty. Hair on the floor in the bathroom and the hotel smells horrible. The staff was nice that was the only good thing about this dump.

The gap under the doors was a bit concerning and seems unsafe. We noticed this on numerous rooms where you could see there were towels shoved in the gaps. We were missing a lightbulb in a lamp and remote for the tv in our room. The elevator wasn’t working. The pool was closed all weekend for unknown reasons and there wasn't breakfast included like stated. Would have been nice to know these things before arriving as our main reason for booking was for the pool. We went to the pool at one of the local casinos instead. There was also extra charges made on my card that should not have been made. Yes, they credited it before check out but I still had to wait a few days for the charges to clear. What if it were taken out of someone’s bank account that needed their money? The rooms were clean enough that we didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding somewhere else to stay since we would now only be using the place to sleep at night with the pool closure. I travel often and have never had this many problems at a place in a matter of 2 days.

room had not been cleaned.. non-smoking room but cigarette ashes on the a/c.. a/c did not work.. went an bought a fan to cool down.. one pillow totally smelled like mildew and the other smelled of the last guy that stayed there cologne so badly I removed the pillowcase totally.. finally left at 3am the 2nd night when the toilet backed up into the shower an floor
