Even discount hotels should be clean

Room smelled of cigarettes, and we switched rooms but the 2nd room still smelled. There were cigarette burns and bugs in the room. We got 2 towels and one washcloth for 3 people and they could not give us more the 1st night. Our room was not cleaned so we still did not have towels. The next day they would not give us towels again.The front office person was quite rude. I demanded towels and the front office person finally gave us towels which were dirty with brown spots. Shower barely put out water. Pillows tiny and flat. I know this was a discount hotel, but there should still be some basics and cleanliness.

I just want to say, this is one of the nicest stays my family and I have ever had. This hotel and its staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and taken care of. I had a bad car accident the week we started staying there and they were so supportive and friendly and caring. The entire staff was an absolute pleasure to interact with and be around. You could ask anyone for help and they would gladly be there. I can’t thank this hotel and its staff enough, and I definitely recommend them to anyone. I will gladly stay here anytime. Hope to see them soon! Thank you again!

Disappointed and dissatisfied

I booked 2 rooms for our stay Tues-Sat. First problem the large gap under the front doors (had to buy pool noodles and cut them up to stuff under the doors each night to keep out bugs which kind of worked still had a few bugs get in) our rooms were never cleaned (told front office but our rooms were still not cleaned) so in order to have clean towels we had to go to the front office to get them. The last night we were there the cops were called on the people next door to us. It wasn’t a crazy ordeal but it took them a long while to get them out and they were very loud. I booked here because the reviews were great but was very disappointed. Even if the prices are the lowest I’d never stay here again.

Sam was great! The ADA room was super nice if someone needs the space and accommodations. Near everything you can think of to eat. I just wish one of the lights on the bedside table worked/
