The room have a refrigerator but the ice maker was not working there were tiny bugs around the working area and the carpet was wet and they charged 7 dlollars per day for parking and we were not informed

After reading about elevator issues at this property, I booked a room on the second floor across from a fire exit which leads right to my vehicle downstairs. Room key works in opening the fire exit door so I was able to go in and out from the stairs right across my room straight down to my car - couldn’t be more convenient. Staff were great checking in and out, and I ordered an Amazon package which the front desk held for me. One of the smoothest and best stays I had anywhere!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always ready with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. They went out of their way to answer questions and provide assistance, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the attentive service. Only one working elevator in the whole building. There was Hundreds of people using one elevator! The elevator inspection certificate was expired! I’m not one to complain, but I’ve never been in a hotel that only had one working elevator!

Overall happy with our stay. The location is not in a walking friendly neighborhood so if staying only inside, this will do. During our stay only 1 out of 2 elevators is working. We learned that it’s been many weeks in that condition. I wish I knew about this and won’t choose the highest floor. The young lady who checked me in was much more pleasant and friendly than the last time. Breakfast options is good, too. There were many items to choose from and coffee was much improved.
