Updated clean room. Great set up full kitchen. Wonderful bed and temperature control. Great staff. Really great staying here. Only noise was one morning as people were leaving. You could hear roller bags etc upstairs. But no outside noise or anything. Easy uber access to destinations.

I want to say that I rarely do survey. But I am very happy to do this one. First the hotel was beautifully decorated for Halloween. From the moment I arrived, Matthew (supervisor) was incredibly courteous and welcoming. He made my check-in process so smooth and easy, even if I was early. I have to say that everyone I interacted with, were top-notch. Brand new hotel and if not, it felt like. My room was spotless. The breakfast was great. The staff and chef came out of the kitchen to welcome me. Overall excellent experience from my check-in to check-out.

Deeply Disappointed — Not the Hilton Standard We’ve Come to Expect We’re loyal Hilton Silver Members and often stay at Homewood Suites when traveling with our grandchildren, but this location was very disappointing. The front desk staff were on their phones and talking to each other, ignoring guests. We had called several times about early check-in and never received a call back. When we arrived around 3 PM, we were told only, “Check-in is at four,” with no effort to help or show hospitality. The breakfast was overcrowded, poorly maintained, and unsanitary. Food options were minimal, especially for those with dietary restrictions. The coffee and hot water were cold, the cold lemon water was empty, and thetrash bins were overflowing right by the front desk. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and one manager did try to help, but overall service and staff attitude were unacceptable for a Hilton property. This location needs serious retraining and better management.

The room have a refrigerator but the ice maker was not working there were tiny bugs around the working area and the carpet was wet and they charged 7 dlollars per day for parking and we were not informed
