Stay Away! I don’t write reviews so here it goes. If you are open in the winter months and illustrate you have a gym, outdoor fireplace, hot tub, pool, restaurant etc. and customers pay full price they should get full service. None of these items were open or usable. The gym was 40 degrees, equipment did not work, tv’s did not work. Restaurant, pool,hot tub not open, Outdoor fireplace not even close. The service was so bad when I called because we smelled gas from the indoor fireplace no one came or called back to check. We were out all day and would be back until late so I requested additional bathroom items soap, shampoo, tp etc to be dropped at the door. Not only was it never done they said I could come get them at the office. The people “working” in the office just sit around and do nothing and literally are anti-customer service. Do everyone a favor and close in the winter if you are only going to be run like a self serve campground with no amenities. Really lame, obvious won’t be back but I would the owner to give me a call however I know they won’t.

Me and wifey needed a quiet getaway for the weekend without kids. This was an absolutely gorgeous place. Room was huge and the views will blow your mind over a cup of coffee from your balcony. Highly recommended. We will be returning very soon!

This is a safe, clean property with a beautiful view of the lake. My room was rustic and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable! Perfect for a mid-winter trip to the Lake George outlets.

Boyfriend and I came up from PA for a long weekend stay. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Lodge is right along the lake, and road into town. Very clean, cozy, and spacious room. We will be back hopefully soon!

This was an amazing stay with a breathtaking view. There’s not much do around here in the winter due to the cold. However, it was perfect for my little family to rest and be cozy by the fire. The suite was perfect for a bottle feeding family. Enough room and was even able to sleep train my 8 month old. Life changing stay here.

Stay was ok. Lodging was nice, but there is minimal to no service provided during the off-season. Even asking for batteries for the dead remote required we go to the office, no offer to bring to us. We were also on our honeymoon so a bit dissapointing.

Gorgeous resort with beautiful lake views!

This was the perfect resort for a peaceful romantic trip! From the moment you arrive, you realize you are someplace special. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and check-in was a breeze. Our lodge was just breathtaking. It was huge yet very cozy. We had two huge bedrooms and the most beautiful veranda with sweeping views of the lake. I can’t put into words how comfortable the furniture and the beds are. Every detail has been carefully thought out in design and function. The kitchen had everything in it that we needed and the fireplace just added that little extra to the beautiful living area. It snowed when we were there which was absolutely beautiful and I have to commend the resort and the maintenance department for how quickly and carefully they cleared the snow. Just a beautiful place and we cannot wait to visit again.
