Not the best for the price

The indoor water park seemed really outdated. The slides were unorganized, perhaps they were short staffed? The lazy river had a limited number of tubes so you had to walk which defeats the purpose of being lazy. The kids section was closed down so a lot of kids were running in splashes in the river. The floors appeared to be dirty and since water shoes were not allowed I was uncomfortable walking around. The restaurant had amazing food. Dinner was the best part of the whole stay.

The timber part of the water park was closed for our stay. Very disappointing for the kids. Walls are thin and could hear the other rooms tv, microwave and kids running up and down the hall throughout the night. Finally stopped at 1am. Sink took a few minutes to drain.

Overpriced hotel. The moment we walked in the room, the door wouldn’t shut. Had maintenance come to the room and looked at the door and was told the hinges are bad and to “just lift up on the handle at an angle and pick up the door and it will close”. Yeah not impressed at all. For the price I paid I had much higher expectations and was flat out disappointed. Do yourself a favor and stay at the country inn right next door to the park. Half the price and twice as nice.

What a hot mess!!! The day before my son’s birthday they call me stating the water park will be closed the weekend. This was Memorial Day weekend. I was flabbergasted. They had renovations in the pool for about a month. Nowhere in the website stated that they were doing reservations and that they were expecting delays in the waterpark operation. They called last minute at 5 PM stating that the water park is closed on memorial weekend. NEVER will I book here. So rude and unprofessional!

Extremely disappointed in this stay. Water park was shut down. We were told we’d get 50% off our first night stay and a complete refund on the second night if we checked out by noon. We checked out a day early. I have emailed several times and nobody will answer me or discuss the refund that management approved before I checked out. Room was crap.
