I brought my granddaughters for a couple of days and I was pleasantly surprised. While it is a bit tired I understand as it seems to be a popular place. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Outside the front doors was an overflowing garbage and old car seat so it was a little off putting at first. The arcade needs to have its games fixed and workable for enjoyment. Overall the kids had a great time and I was happy with the experience. Well done Patricia

Expensive

Our grandsons loved the water park. But the food and drinks were so expensive and the fact that we brought cash especially for this trip made us mad. We didn’t like the idea that you could only use a debit or credit card. And 6.00 for one soda in a machine was ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to any of our friends.

The indoor water park was great! Also love the presence of so many lifeguards keeping everything safe. The room was unfortunately only so-so and the dining in the resort was our least favorite of all the places we've eaten on our whole road trip. We definitely want to come back for the water park but are undecided due to the underwhelming room we had.

Not Worth It

Our 1st time there was a good, this 2nd time was an awful experience. At the time of our visit, the only thing open in the waterpark was the lazy river. They apparently also no longer offer irons or ironing boards, Completely disappointed in the staff and their unprofessionalism. We won't be returning..

During my stay at the resort, the experience was far from what was promised. The room was dirty upon arrival, with stained sheets and a musty odor that lingered throughout the stay. The air conditioning barely worked, and repeated complaints to the front desk were ignored or met with indifference. The advertised “luxury” pool was overcrowded and poorly maintained, with murky water and broken lounge chairs. Dining options were limited, and the food was bland, cold, and overpriced. Worst of all, the staff seemed untrained and unfriendly, making the entire atmosphere uncomfortable. It was a disappointing and frustrating vacation.

Indoor waterpark is geared more for little ones. I took my 14, 12, and 7 year old and we were bored after 2 hours. Perfect for smaller ones those as you can see them from most angles. Rooms were ok..some improvements couldn’t been made to improve appearance. Family next door was incredibly loud at 10:30pm-thin walls. No extra blankets or pillows for the pullout couch. Bedding was very thin and mattress had a massive dip in it to where my feet were elevated. Breakfast option was underwhelming. One arcade was closed when it was scheduled to be open. Front desk and pool greeter was friendly. Because of my kids ages, we won’t be returning.

The room was nice the beds were comfortable. The bathroom toilet was wobbly but that’s the only thing that was not good . Everything else was great .
