the inferno room is very big, comfortable bed, huge shower and a jacuzzi. the staff is very friendly. however, the room is located on the lower level facing the boardwalk along the canal - its noisy even at night and people try to peek inside so the curtains must be shut at all time.

I booked Heat hotel for the convenience of watching an event happening in the Channel. I had a great view from my room. The room was spacious and had a very nice big balcony overlooking the London Bridge and the Channel so I was able to enjoy the event in comfort.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The room was clean and comfortable, the towels were super thick and plush and the pillows on the beds were normal sized pillows. We loved sitting out on the deck/lanai and watching the boats & people. Walking to restaurants, bars and boat rentals was easy. Will definitely stay here again.

No breakfast and very noisy hotel. It’s unfortunate that the hotel is so noisy, barely any guests and the ventilation system was knocking all night long. The area is absolutely beautiful and a great weekend getaway location but the hotel did nothing to ease my anxiety about the ongoing noise. They suggested we were too close to the elevator…. So why not put us in another room????

The parking lot is awkward and small. The room was not clean when we arrived. We found a high heel in the room. The refrigerator didn't have any shelving for us to put our stuff on. There are no drawers for clothing. The TV remote was broken. The bed was super super uncomfortable it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. The AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of the night. The only thing we liked about the room was the view out from the balcony.

Driving down the driveway to the Hotel it was a mess. Driveway is old and not in good condition. My wife is handicapped and when we pulled up to the car stop, it was all broken up. Not a good impression. Check in was ok, but they have no amenities, no food, no breakfast nothing. When we got to the room it had a great view of the river, thats the only nice thing about this place.

The Location is the best for being close to the London Bridge. I come to Kayak so this is a great location especially if your in town for the Witch Paddle in Bridgewater Channel is EPIC I love the Inferno Suite with the Jetted Tub it is nice after a day of Kayaking!
