Loved everything about Island suites. The reason we pick it was it's location to the London Bridge, the English village, Lake Havasu , Lake Havasu State Park and many popular restaurants. The premium Kings suite was great! A king bed with a full size hide a bed in a separate living area for our son with a wonderful kitchenette with dishes, glasses, pots and pans refrigerator, microwave and even a warming tray to warm up food. We enjoyed the pool and l hot tub in the later evening, it was quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be back! Thank you Island suites for making our first trip to Lake Havasu great!!😊

Overall this was a good value. Parking is somewhat limited for big vehicles with watercraft trailers. It may have been recently lightly remodeled but our room of #105, had recent water damage. The laminate flooring is badly buckled and is a tripping hazard. The breakfast is your typical low-budget fare. The king bed was very comfortable! This was a quick stay for us and I would suggest another hotel if you plan on a longer stay.

Clean; fairly quiet; nice breakfast, staff was helpful and friendly. The only odd thing that I noticed was how tall the cabinets are. If I wanted to use any of the dishes, I would have needed a step stool, or even a step ladder to get at the contents. Fortunately I am just short (5'); not disabled.

We needed a quiet place to sleep, no frills. I was impressed. It was not a huge room, but we didnt need big and fancy. It was clean, there was coffee and breakfast, if needed. If we stay overnight in Havasu again, I will look this up again. I was really impressed that there were real plates, cups and utensils. This would be an excellent place to stay for an extended time.

Hotel room had a strong order. When the front counter Manager, Jason, was notified of this order we where told they clean all their rooms and it wasn't there before we arrived. I informed him well it was so maybe they need to follow up with housekeeping. Jason then informed us we are being charged $100 dollar cleaning fee. I was floored since we had let them know of the order being present and we where not the cause of it. Jason said yes you are. I asked for a follow up call from the General Manager, Sarah, but was never contacted. Jason also said we where black listed from the hotel. When I said we have been staying at the hotel for the better half of a decade with no issues and have spent up to 16 nights a year with them it fall on deaf ears as Jason didn't care, nor did he want to listen. Stay away! They will falsely accuse you of things you didn't do and charge you for a service they failed to provide.

Great trip with comfortable beds, very clean. Great customer service! The coffee pot stays on all day! Great location as well. Walkable restaurants. Clean grounds, ice machine works, towels were fresh with no stains! No elevator available at this location.
