The front desk staff was outstanding. The hotel room is nicely appointed. We had a king premium suite. The kitchenette is outfitted with dishes and silverware. The bathroom is good size and the sitting area is comfortable with a smaller tv that can be flipped for use in the bedroom or sitting area. We enjoyed lake Havasu City very much.

The room stunk. The hall smelled like mold. Highly allergic to mold so I had to leave right away. Starting giving me a headache that turns into migraine. I did not stay .

Room was very clean and well appointed, location was close to London Bridge, so for us very central. But the kicker was the staff, just outstanding. Will definitely be staying here when we come back to LHC.
