We stayed here for 1 night. Overall this is an amazing hotel. You are near most of the shopping plazas and directly near Lake Tahoe. The cleanliness is exceptional. It isn't near Stateline though, you'll have to drive there. Other than that I would recommend this hotel. It is new looking unlike some other properties.

This property is a waste of money; I recommend finding somewhere else to stay. They only offer valet parking, and you have to pay a resort fee per day, even if you're just staying overnight. According to the receptionist, the rooms are considered part of the resort. However, it doesn't really feel like a resort at all. They only have a gym and a pool, much like typical hotels. They seem to be using the term "resort" just to charge guests more money. The rooms are not even that nice for the price you pay. They do not provide free bottles of water—rather, we were told we could buy them at their restaurant. Wow! They also don’t offer breakfast, and their paid breakfast starts either at noon or 2 PM. It was a disappointing experience overall. I do not recommend this property at all! Save your money and look for a better value elsewhere.

I forgot and left two oral b electric toothbrushes in the bathroom. The housekeeper didn’t return them. Most likely a dishonest person just kept the toothbrushes. They cost over 2 hundred dollars.

Upon arrival I found no available parking near the Hotel, thus making “Valet” my only option at $27. The resort is huge and somewhat confusing, I received no instructions on the location of the elevators, which are quite a ways from registration. My room was located in the furthest corner of the Hotel, it was dark and the air conditioner was set at 62 degrees. I adjusted the thermostat and got no results…it was freezing. I asked a maid for help, but she couldn’t fix it. I tried to call the front desk and the phone was broken. I gathered up all my things and made it back to registration. The reception showed little empathy and assigned me another room.
