This property worked very well with our meetings that we were having in the Olympic Valley Lodge. Very close to the ski resort area which also was a great benefit for our playtime during the day.

We liked the room with three separate areas. We did not like having to wait with other people until 4pm to get into our room. Isn't there a way of staggering, allowing people to get into their rooms over a couple of hours. People have to check out by 11! Also, need more help with luggage. Very difficult to navigate the corners of the building to get to your apartment on the 2nd floor. We ended up taking our luggage down the stairs! Also, the bathroom was locked at the pool....our key did not open it. But, we loved the pool!!

Location and ease of getting around property were excellent. Convenient shuttles for skiers for lifts. Texts were timely for late or closed lifts. Property was being worked on but hot tub/pool were open. Older hotel, but clean with all the amenities. Slight musty smell in bedroom. Very attentive/personable staff. Several pleasant lobby gatherings for wine, etc.
