Room ok and clean as expected, breakfast good but the service from the girl at the front desk was terrible. Even though I requested a ground floor room because we had a lot of luggage and it was freezing out, she told me nothing was available but not to worry because the building had an elevator. As I headed to the building she pointed out, she ran out to say she was wrong and it was actually a different, closer building. Then, after I had unloaded all my bags to find the elevator, she came out again to say she was wrong—that building didn't have an elevator either. It wasn't until she saw I was with a very elderly person that she suddenly 'found' a ground floor room. We were stuck outside in -4°C weather for over 10 minutes. Terrible service.

The carpets are deteriorated. I wish the floors were vinyl since the rooms are pet friendly. Breakfast was OK, but much better than other continental breakfast. Location is good, very convenient. Walking in distance to Lake, to the casinos, to the Heavenly resort. I will stay here Again, but I hope they change the floors.

I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The soundproofing is extremely poor; at midnight, I could clearly hear children screaming and a man yelling from the neighboring rooms, making it impossible to sleep. Furthermore, the cleanliness was not up to standard. I found stray hairs on both the bedsheets and in the bathroom upon arrival. Given the noise levels and lack of hygiene, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are looking for a restful or clean environment

Tried to check in 2 hours ahead but was told that my family would need to wait until check in time. During check in time, was told the rooms were not available. One of my rooms wasn’t on the schedule to be cleaned. My family didn’t get to check in until 1 hour after check in. I was not compensated for the cost, no accommodations were made. My family had to sleep in the car after a long drive waiting for the rooms to be ready
