Room neglected. Cough worn like I had never seen before. Whole place felt creepy. The desk chair was large and smelled (stuffed cloth chair) We had computer work to do and they would not let us borrow a chair from the breakfast area even though it was just for a couple hours in the evening The TV was located at the desk so I had to work with the TV literally five inches from my face. The luggage rack was completely broken. The bathroom and shower did feel very clean which was wonderful and the Front desk person was nice but had hidden fees

I was traveling from Miami to Tampa and I stayed in this hotel, I checked in at 12 o’clock at night And that was the worst night that I had in my life. They made me sign a paper that it was a nice smoking hotel. But when I opened the door, the room was smelling like crap, dirty nasty. I will never recommend this hotel in my life again piece of junk.

Booked with Expedia, was not told this suite room with KITCHENETTE was only cleaned/serviced once a week. It was left up us to take out your own garbage. We also had to bring your towels to front desk for new ones throughout our stay. We had go to front desk as they only give you one roll of toilet paper per day. Servicing the room we were told only happened once every week. That being stated we were only staying for a week. There are no door knob signs for do not disturb. They then, unknown to us never told us that they were cleaning to room day before we were to check out. Then took it upon them selves to remove our personal items we had beside our garbage bag and apparently thrown them out with the trash. So they through away some of our memorabilia that were bringing back to Canada. It made no logical sense to us if the rooms were only serviced once a week why they chose to do it the day before check out as they would have to service it again upon our check out. When we asked the front desk they did absolutely NOTHING to help rectify the situation. We were extremely frustrated and disappointed.
