Good but could have been better with some courtesy

It was clean and semi comfortable beds. Need new mattresses. Downside was that the pool was nasty build up scum and it was super cold in the pool area. Also when we asked where we can sit to eat. Mind you it is cold and rainy. We rented multiple rooms and there was not enough seating in dinning area for us to sit let alone other guest. We asked to sit at large table in entry way but was told to instead please eat on patio. Which again had 1 table with 4 benches so 8 of our 12 guest for each meal. Sucky

Nice small hotel conveniently located, with expected amenities plus nice touches. Comfortable bedding, nice mini fridge, small microwave, Keurig with coffee & tea pods , desk, safe, hairdryer, Dove brand soap products, tv with remote, beside lamps with outlets, ice machine, inviting indoor heated swimming pool, usual breakfast buffet offerings.

Could have been better

The room was HOT air conditioner had to be restarted every 15-30 minutes it did not have the ability to set a temp and run itself. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00am all 3 mornings I went down around 6:05-6:10 and there was no breakfast and no one around. I had to leave to get to work so no breakfast for me!

Good for the price

Hotel was decent for the price paid. A bit dated and hallways felt run down. Rooms were comfortable and clean although the heater woke me up everytime it turned on through the night. Beds were nice and comfy. Hot and cold was switched in the sink and I thought there was no hot water until i figured it out. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise since they had eggs, waffles and sausage included with the basic breakfast items.
