Overall the stay was good. I would come her again. my only complain would be the room had a weird smell and it was not sound proof. You could here every possible noise I think it was due to the 2 1/2 inch spaces underneath all the doors that let in light, draft, and noise.

The staff was great but the room could have been cleaner, the shower curtain had something pink all over it, the sofa bed was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in a while, tried to plug my cell phone charger in the outlet beside the bed and got an electric shock, wasn't really happy especially the amount I payed for a one night stay

Check in was easy. Gentleman that checked me in was very personable, which is rarely found these days. So I greatly appreciated that. Everything about the hotel was spotless and clean. Walking distance to outlets and the American Music Theatre. Complimentary breakfast was above average. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times. It’s always been nice, clean and quiet, but this trip, the bathroom definitely needed some attention. The shower head was gross and desperately needed replacing. The water pressure was terrible and the toilet would run at random. Also there was a spider and cobweb on the ceiling and the lamps next to the bed were super dusty.
