Some concerns.

The staff was great. The rooms are fine, water pressure is good in the showers, towels could use an upgrade. Biggest issue was the hallways had a specific smell- miss mary jane around. When I brought it up- they were quick to investigate. This trip was for my fathers birthday and it really bummed him out having that happen at the end. I ALSO would recommend cleaning up the view behind some of the rooms... not the best thing to look at in the morning.

Weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Country Living Inn. Very clean and wonderfully quiet! Great location for many activities and attractions in Lancaster Co. I particularly enjoyed the fact that the hotel still provides housekeeping service since this seems to be something so many hotels are dropping!

Good place to stay for a good value

Quaint and cozy. Not a lot of frills but good place to rest. Relatively clean except there were crumbs near our bed but the bathroom and linens were clean. I would stay again.

The two negatives of my review are based off the reasoning of why I chose this location. The non-smoking room, gave me a headache and kept me awake most of the night. Every time I stirred in bed the loft of the lingering cigarette smoke woke me. Additionally after checking in, I planned to get dinner next door at the advertised/mentioned 50’s diner. Well, apparently that’s not open on Sundays or Mondays currently!
