They hold $75 for deposit even after paid room charges. The money also will delay 6-7 business days. I never pay deposit before wherever I stayed. This was not uncomfortable me

The hallways smelled skunky when we arrived and our room also had a strange odor. There was a stain on my comforter and the beds were not comfortable. It was a cheap hotel, and I guess we got what we paid for. I won’t stay there again though.

Stay was fine...however checked out early due to a snow storm. Tried to get a refund. Expedia tried, but the hotel is claiming we stayed the full two days is when we did not and checked out a day early. I Was told by the front desk to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia called them and denied us checking out early. Very disappointing.

I hated this property as soon as we turned the lights on we saw the roaches all over the . They also had bedbugs. They had food and dirt behind the headboard please do not staybhere.

The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean, but I would not spend more than one night at this hotel. There was no coffee maker in the room, the ice machine was disgustingly dirty, our remote didn’t work for the TV, and what is considered a light breakfast was VERY light.
