Very Nice front desk management. very friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast area was exactly what we eat at home in the mornings. Different types of bagels, white bread, English muffins, 2 types of juice coffee tea and 3 types of cereal.

Very hard beds (we even tried changing rooms) and minimal service from the staff. OK on cleanliness but not clean enough. The breakfast is adequate (just cereal, toast, bagels, English muffins, juice coffee and tea) but ended too early 8:30! On a 4-day stay the toasters were not fully operational even though the staff knew it. This lack of attention to detail means we won't be back.

Staff not helpful

The hotel is old but relatively clean. No elevator and the staff that checked me in smirked when I asked if there was an elevator and he said no stairs. The stairs were old and creaky and I’m in my 60’s. If I did not have my younger daughter with me I would not have been able to bring my things up those stairs. If you have any mobility issues ask for the first floor when booking a room.

Property in good condition, beds and pillows were sufficient. I would try not too leave maintenance and housekeeping materal out in the public spaces.

A good sleep and go motel.

It's an average motel, nothing fancy. So if you are only sleeping there and taking a shower and leaving for the day; it is hard to beat for closeness to the main attractions on Route 30.

This is an older family run hotel. Some things are outdated, others have been renovated. The bed wasn't the greatest... Definitely not terrible though. Overall I was very pleased. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Big bonus for having a 3 double bed room!

Very convenient to Sight and Sound Theater, which was our reason for visiting. The breakfast was a true continental breakfast, but was available and area was clean. Motel has 2 floors. We were on the second with one flight of stairs. If you aren't able to do stairs, request a ground floor room.

Affordable, Yet Bed Bugs Ruined Our Stay”

Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5) I stayed at the Eastbrook Inn in Lancaster, PA. The staff was friendly and the price was affordable, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The breakfast was not good, and the worst part was that my wife got bed bug bites from the mattress, leaving her with skin irritation. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel despite the good attention from the staff.

We enjoy our stay but breakfast was not good when I walk in glass coffee pot was sitting on hot plat and only drop in pot so it was burning. Need some donuts or something most just look and then they walk back out
