The refrigerator was filled with old food still in it. The floor around the bed frame had dirt and candy wrappers all around the frame like they forgot to sweep behind the bed skirt. Not my best experience but not the worst either.

Was not informed that there was no elevator; and with 4 kids and a wagon (that doubles as a pack-n-play for my baby), it was difficult to navigate. However, it was priced reasonably and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was bare minimum but we ate and that was a nice bonus.

If all you're looking for is a clean room at a reasonable price, this was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. BUT... the "breakfast included" was cold cereal and bagels, so we had to go out to get a decent breakfast and spent nearly another $40. The wooden floor overhead creaked with every movement of the occupants, walls were thin and loud "guests" in the next room let every shout through, the wall mounted lamp near the bed flopped and USB didn't work. The shower faucet was loud, that is after we fiddled with it and finally got it to deliver water at all.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast looked to consist of cereal, apples or toast which we skipped. Toilet flapper & shower head needed replaced in 229. Otherwise, fine hotel at a good price if you just need a place for a night.

The room had 1 door between the adjoining room and our room. We could not lock it from our side, and when we questioned the hotel manager about it, he said he alone had a key to unlock it. We did not feel at all safe and secure which did not provide us with a restful night. The other issue was that the complimentary breakfast was only bagels, a couple of juices, coffee, tea, a couple kinds of cereal, and apples.
