The hot water shower didn't work, couldn't give some money back to compensate, because of booking through Expedia. We paid pet fees for $75, the least they can do is waived that, but that was not the policy. That $75 is cleaning fee for the room. But how about paying the room but not able to shower???They only say sorry for the problem, give points for future stay if we want to use it to come back! Is that called hospitality business?

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and clean. Thank you for accommodating our request to have a room on the first floor with our 2 small dogs. It was very convenient. The staff were also very friendly and the hotel is in a beautiful location, close to all attractions. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Lancaster.

Rugs were dated, elevator had a odor, breakfast was horrible, bed was uncomfortable paid for a 2 night stay checked out evening before because it just wasn’t worth the stay
