Room was disgusting. Pretty sure the floor hasn’t been cleaned in ages and not to mention the seemingly blood/fluid stained sheets. You really couldn’t tell if the bed was clean or not with the wear on the bed sheets. Room was not cleaned one time while we were there. Pungent odor also seemingly to mask the smell of filth. Overall disgusting and multiple homeless camps right off the property. Overall feeling of disgust and lack of safety.

The room was clean and spacious but should update their A/c units in the rooms and the front desk staff could show more politeness and they could upgrade their breakfast options as well. Also the last 2 times i stayed there room service knocked on my door at 9am like it was 11am and time to check out. They also did this when me and my family stayed there in June, most of July and the beginning of August. They would stand outside the door or make loud noises with the carts to be rude and rush out.

Could be better, but not the worst

The room in the obvious places was clean, but it has not had a thorough clean in quite sometime. Baseboards (those exposed) were quite dirty and dusty. Stains on the wall and lampshade like someone through food and it wasn’t quite cleaned up. It passed the bedbug test, which is great and the bed was comfortable. Refrigerator needs to be replaced. Once mildew smell is in the refrigerator, it is almost impossible to get out. This begs the question of why it was there in the first place. It isn’t the worse place I have stayed at but the is still quite a bit of room for improvement.
