The room was adequate and clean. The only reason I dinged this down to a 3 star review was due to safety issues. First, our room was down the far hall on the 2nd floor by the fire exit. We pulled our car around back by the door to unload. The door brought you into a lobby between the hotel and conference center. We came back downstairs to our car to find a large, rather heavy housekeeping cart and several garbage bags totally blocking the stairway at the bottom. We had to move them to get out. This is supposed to be a fire exit. Second, even though the parking lot is lit, it is not lit very well and it was pretty dark walking from our car to the hotel later in the evening.

Property was clean and comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful. Property is a bit dated and could use a refresh, but for the price and proximity to where we needed to be, it was more than adequate. Room 201 bathroom tile is loose and needs to be reset and regrouted.
