The room was clean. Hot water heater went out in the middle of the night and was resolved as soon as possible. The only issue that I have is that they do not clean the rooms regularly, only on request. The cookies in the lobby are great and the breakfast was good!

There were bugs in the room, the air conditioner did not work (heater and fan only but not AC), and there was no hot water. Also general cleanliness was poor through the hotel and breakfast area.

This is my second time at this hotel and likely my last. First time no issues at all so we booked again. The hotel staff were all very nice. Issue was the room. We had roaches and mentioned it twice. There was mention of discounting my folio, but haven't seen anything yet. The breakfast was not up to par at all, if you could get any. Potatoes were cold two days in a row, and the poor dining room attendant couldn't keep up. Eggs were empty both days with people waiting, same with the bread options. I ended up with hard boiled eggs as they were usually in stock. Hopefully it was just a bad week for them, but still a hamper to the vacation when you have roaches.
