The property was gorgeous, but I was pretty frustrated at the lack of advertised amenities. The dinner restaurant was closed, and the snack shop was also closed, due to Easter. I had not planned on needing a hotel room, so I booked last minute. I had my dog, and did not realize the pet fee is $75, plus there was a $25 amenities fee that I did not know about beforehand. My thermostat was not working well, and maintenance ended up having to change out the filter. All in all, I spent $250 and I did not feel it was worth it.

Hotel Encanto is always a pleasant stay with welcoming staff and a great in-hotel cantina for breakfast. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better stay.

I liked how the finish of the hotel was except for the multiple Catholic artifacts that deter the Jewish Nation away from the hotel. Jews cannot enter a place where there are Christian crosses, or Catholic periphinelia. Shalom alejem-peace be onto you

My mom utilizes a walker, I utilize a cabe. Handicap spots were taken by vehicles with no handicap placards or license plates. Made it difficult for walking to side entrance. Handicap area should be monitored.
