We had a car, which is necessary since it's not on the strip. That was fine with us. Staff immediately fixed two issues with the room; reprogrammed the door lock so the key card would work, and replaced the mixing valve in the shower. Room had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and kitchenette which was great. I did not know that it was a time share, which I'm not at all interested in buying into.

While this is reasonably walkable to the strip, it’s not in the most convenient area. We ended up Ubering to quite a few things so anything we saved on hotel easily got eaten up there. Also, I didn’t realize it when we booked, but it’s part of a timeshare group so there was a lot of sales focus when we got there. Our room was fine, spacious with a kitchen and table plus a couch area separate from the bedroom. We were on a first floor room at the corner of a section. If this room was to be our “here’s what we offer”, it was enough for me to not want to buy into the vacation club. We were close to the road and the noise was a lot. The rooms above us also added to the noise quite a bit. The air conditioning kept the room quite cold during the day but seems to not be on during the night? I woke up hot each day. The property itself is nice but just looks like the repairs and painting were done quickly and without attention to detail. In the words of my husband, “whoever is doing the painting around here should not be”. It was ok, but I’d stay somewhere else next time.

But I was disappointed in the suite due to temperature bedroom remained warm no A/C feel at all. AC very loud in living area I requested a fan to compensate but it did not cure the problem. Sleeping was uncomfortable.
