Everything about the hotel worked well. Not being a very large casino and hotel, you don't have to deal with walking through the maze to get to places. The valet is located steps from getting off the elevator. The casino and hotel are clean, they had the best gaming minimums anywhere, and they offered customer service the entire time. I would easily stay there agaim.

For Fremont its a decent hotel and I liked the location. Room is outdated and needs to be upgraded, beds were uncomfortable, bathroom sink was slow to drain. The lady that checked us in was nice but there was a guy a couple of days who wasnt really nice or offer a smile, he almost seemed annoyed when I would stop at desk to ask about housekeeping. The pool area is nice but the furniture needs to be updated. On Thursday we were told the pool would be open till midnight so after being out all day/evening we came up to pool at 9:45pm and ordered drinks from bar and sat at pool area. Not even 10 minutes later a guard is kicking us out saying the pool is closed and he had to lock up. When we said we were told it was open till midnight he snapped at us and said "I'm not arguing with you, do what I say."

The hotel was solid for my stay in Vegas, however my main complaint is with the check in process. Even though I registered online ahead of time, the self service kiosk wouldn't pull up my reservation. Then after waiting in the check in line, the front desk staff said that they "found" us a room - as if they didn't already have one reserved for us and had to search for openings. Last, when we finally got to our assigned room (which was a trek from the lobby - across a sky bridge and up a tower), the key didn't work. Turns out she wrote the wrong room on my key holder. That was frustrating. There was also no mini fridge in the room which was really odd, so we couldn't keep drinks or leftover food cold. The room otherwise was nice though, with a view of downtown LV. The rooftop pool was also nice and fun - good vibe.

First they put me in a room that hadn’t been serviced since the previous guest. Then I was moved to a “clean room” that still filthy. So dirty I went to CVS to buy cleaning supplies to clean it myself. Cabinets broken. Desk was broken. Carpet was stained. Holes in the wall. It used to be a decent hotel. It’s completely gone to sh*t.
