I have stayed at the Downtown grand twice and I must say your front desk young lady by the name of Hope was absolutely amazing! I had an issue at another property. I was supposed to stay at and it was horrible so I felt a little hopeless when I walked in the very first time I stayed at the Downtown grand. Your staff absolutely put my mind Eddie’s and helped me get a room for a week. I was scheduled for surgery the next day and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the staff how fast they got me in a room and had the best week ever!! I booked my second stay because I knew how comfortable and close the amenities were within walking distance. Even though I was back for a follow up appointment at a surgery center, which was a good 17 minutes away from the hotel. I still booked there because of how fabulous my first day was so keep up the great work Downtown grand I will be back in a year.!!!

It’s a bit of a hidden gem in the downtown area… there are a ton of older places down in the area that I have stayed at. This one… is way above anything the others will ever be. Definitely will stay there again

This is our second stay at Downtown Grand and it's a great place to lay your head while in Las Vegas and Freemont. The air conditioner works great, though a little loud. Staff are super friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Common areas can be a little stinky sometimes (combo of cigarette smoke and something else?) but the area around the property is great and it's close to everything.

Great Stay downtown.

Location is great. Free parking & easy to get to & from. A block off Freemont so noise wasnt an issue at all. Will stay here again away from the chaos of the Strip.
