I am clamming for refund for my stay. Worst experience ever.no room clean service.bathroom was leaking,i was about to slip because of leaking at bathroom.i have to tell to manager for room clean service.room were dirty ,there was eyelashes in my pillow. Even though,our bathroom was leaking,i raised complaint to manager but still no body came to check or clean!!i want refund for my stay.worst worst hotel stay.worts rooms and poor costomer service.no enough cup to drink water.please look into this matter and get back to me .Thanks

The hotel is nice but the rooms need refurbishing bad. Not only were the doors chipped and dirty, along with a chain lock that looks like from the 50’s. There was long black hair in the bathtub and sink. Later I noticed how dirty the floors were. The bars, casino and lobby area were nice.

Great location! But finding the elevators was difficult due to the lack of signage, and the robot vacuums at 6 AM were a bit loud. We really appreciated being able to store our luggage for free after check-out until our flight. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

After receiving a call from Flamingo and being told we'd receive a $75 credit to compensate for poor service, terrible food, and a lack of privacy in the female locker room at the dirty spa, the credit was never received. Come on, Flamingo, do better.
