The resort was nice, but couldn’t work out anything that went wrong on their end. I recommend booking through the resorts actual site instead of Expedia bc I booked on here and it advertised no resort fees but when I got to the resort they said that bc I booked through a 3rd party that they couldn’t honor that even though their website said no resort fees for a limited time. I talked to an Expedia rep and they basically said they couldn’t do anything. I just think it’s misleading and false advertising, they shouldn’t have done that without going over it with the actual hotel.
