Did not like that the pool allows free access for the locals. Really like the casino and its cleanliness…could barely smell the smoke! Water pressure in the room was too low. Restaurant hours are too limited.

It was the worst stay ever, we started bad since the beginning around 5:20 when i checked in, we walked to the elevator with our luggage and there was alot of people waiting so one elevator opened and we went ahead to get in and one of the stuff told us to get out in a mean rude way mind you i have my kids, sahara can check on the surveillance, i felt bad and my kids got embarrassed, then when we went in the room, the room was hot like super hot, the ac didnt worked at all. Mind you i had a 8 month old baby crying do to the hot room... then in the am the elevator got messed up... This is my second time using Sahara and my last. Worst booking ever

The bed was hard and the pillows like a piece of wood. For the price I paid i thought i would sleep like a princess…the Toilet paper felt like sand paper. Besides this main things, nice hotel

Properly is pretty, hostess gave us an upgrade but it really wasn't an upgrade. We booked Blanco king, but said we can upgrade you no charge. Room had two small queen(more full size) beds, and barely room to move around. Which was disappointing, so noted to ask more question to make sure you are not getting downgrade

Shocked by the high resort fees (more than double what I booked the room for), but a very nice, comfortable stay. Pool (towels provided) and parking were free and convenient. Marra tower was updated. Uno mas tacos was a surprisingly good place to eat. No coffee or microwave in the room.

I have stayed there about 20 times over the last 35 Years maybe 12 of those with my husband and it always feels like home - Gary ( Concierge) and Edgar ( Driver) were great in getting me early to the airport on the 8h of August I will be back in January…with husband.
