Staff was courteous, Room was very clean. No issues there. My problem was the check in system. After traveling you just want to get your keys and go to your room but at Sahara I had to wait for 40-50 minutes in a line after MN just to get my keys. No microwave anywhere in the hotel for me to warm a cup of tea or leftovers. I have to throwaway my leftovers because there is no where to warm it up. check out was simple. Why cant the check in be.
