The rooms were clean but the front desk didn’t seem to understand how to handle multiple reservations after being locked out of our room for peer to much 11 hours and having to have security check my ID for 5 rooms that were reserved for a high school basketball team. Multiple managers worked on the issue and none of which relayed the information to the next shift leaving me explaining the same incident to multiple staff members.

Expedia clearly stated that the resort fee was included, and I even confirmed this by phone before booking. When I arrived at Sahara, I was still forced to pay the resort fee. This was not the hotel’s fault—it was Expedia’s misleading information. Wasted time, frustration, and unexpected charges. Completely unreliable booking service. I will never trust Expedia again. Terrible. Deleting expedia app right now and never using it again. i don’t suggest anyone using this pile of crap

Very nice and clean place. Room was gorgeous and I highly recommend. Huge Starbucks inside and good eating options with great food. The only issue needing improvement is the front desk. The check in line was horrendous and didn’t seem to go down much during our stay. Arrive early!
