Customer service training recommended

Very poor communication regarding the loss of hot water for an entire day. The pool staff was very immature and they did not consistently enforce rules. At the end of the day they may feel like they are being funny, but it comes across as rude to have staff all yelling together that the pool is closed. A welcoming atmosphere would make a difference in customer experience.

i loved the staff and the room’s undoubtedly! Unfortunately - the lazy river was closed, and the pool hours were very limited. they only had 1 elevator working so it made coming to and from our room more complicated then expected. the AC in our room didn’t work but they were very timely about having the situation assessed and had us in a new room in a timely manner. lastly, i was sad not to receive the deposit i paid at check out. they said it would take 10 business days to get my security deposit back. still unsure if we will ever be back at this specific location.

I specifically booked this hotel for use of the lazy river, which was supposed to open on March 1. No notification was sent to me stating that it was still not open at my arrival. The cable in my room did not work, my bathroom had dirt in the floor at my arrival and my shower made a terrible noise while showering. One of the remotes for tv had batteries held in with blue painting tape. I find it disheartening that I paid an amount for a resort fee when one of the main amenities wasn’t available for use. Overall, the resort is beautiful but my stay was fairly disappointing.

Trash , my first and lost time coming over here. As soon as they took my money, they never wanted to refund me anything for their trash condition. Everything was not working properly, and I had to call every day took. Come get the stuff fixed. They are ridiculous. They also didn't let me cancel and if I cancel. I don't get my money back even when I stayed 4 days and I wanted to cancel the last day and they said, we will not refund you anything. This is really ridiculous place. Don't book here

Nice hotel

The hotel was beautiful!! Staff was good. The only drawback was the construction they had going on.. some of the areas were shut down due to that construction.. but overall I will definitely stay here again!! The hotel is located in the perfect area! Close to car rental drop off and super close to good food and shopping.

Not enough room to talk about why not to stay here

We were so excited upon arrival. The hotel's location was great and it was really a nice spot. They did make you wait until 4:00 to check in. There was no early check-in for anyone it seemed... So we got to our room and changed into our swimsuit so he could go swim at the pool after we checked in... Come to find out they closed the pool at 4:00, how silly is that? So we ate food and turned in early for the night. Unfortunately we could only sleep on one side of the room because the other side didn't have the AC working properly and it was very hot. We had called about three or four times to have someone come and fix it, they kept saying that they would get to us but never told us a time. So will you call down and ask if we could have someone come down in the morning instead so we could go to sleep after all of our traveling that day. We got up the next morning and headed out to some adventures only to come back around noon to find that the air conditioning was still broken. Someone came about an hour later and fixed it, only for it to be broken again 2 hours later. The maintenance lady was kind of rude and said that she had been trying to contact us all morning in our room. So apparently we were supposed to wait around in our room for it to be fixed. No communication on that was given to us. I also let her know that the remote in one of the bedrooms was not working or possibly the TV. Nobody ever addressed that. We were also told that we needed to leave the pool because our

Great place to stay, blocks away from airport

A great experience, a great room! I was quite surprised that the standard room also had a kitchenette and living room—it was great to have and helped me save some money on food to be able to microwave meals. I would definitely stay here again, especially given how easy it is to get to from the airport—just a few blocks away.

Great place to visit!

Checkin was easy. The place is pretty laidback and chill compared to the hotels with casinos. The room is decent and bed is comfortable. The security is around to make sure you feel safe and secure. Parking can be tricky because of how the parking lot is built. Overall I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get a break from reality day to day activities! Also it has some great food places and shopping options nearby!

This property was not what I expected, elevators weren’t working and stairs were only option , hotel was not communicating and didn’t response for assistance, very rude and unprofessional customer service.
