Don’t believe the positive reviews! The management of this place just couldn’t be bothered. The check-in was a nightmare - apparently they have 33 luggage carts, but no one knows where they are and I had to wait a while to find a bell hop to help me. The suite overlooked trash and construction, but I was told I should be grateful that we got a renovated room. Well, they apparently forgot to renovate the ancient appliances. The sinks barely worked, the washer and dryer were falling apart, and the dishwasher was disgusting. I think they renovated just enough to not look like an old motel room. There are sooo many people. Tried the lazy river, but it was way too cold and uninviting (yes, too cold even in summer heat, like they made a point of making it cold). The pool wasn’t inviting either, and the hot tub was so overcrowded that they had a time limit. For all these people, they have one hot tub that allows kids. It’s just nuts. We didn’t bother. Basically, the whole thing was a very annoying experience. The sky deck was alright at night if you don’t have to compete with too many people for a view. Definitely would not recommend.

The place looks great. Reasonable hours for using the pool areas. Dining options available are also available. Some more pricey than others, but there are some shopping centers close enough for anyone wishing to explore. The elevators were probably the downside during our stay, they typically took a long time and they seemed old a bit shaky.

Family Birthday Trip

Did a staycation for my daughter’s birthday had a great time. Enjoyed the amenities at the resort the famous lazy river, sand pool for my grandbaby, the arcade and had the yummy a Arturo’s pizza for dinner. Actually great deal 4 drinks, large ceasars salad, 18 inches pepperoni pizza for a great price and don’t forget the bone in wings. Everything all around was great friendly staff at check in, concierge desk great also. The only problem was the coffee maker had a leak an our coffee spilled but other than that great mini staycation!!!
