I recently stayed at The Cosmopolitan and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The check-in process was quick and pleasant, and I especially want to mention Sim, a young gentleman at the front desk who was great, very welcoming, accommodating, and helpful, which made a great first impression. Our room was a large corner room and it was beautiful. It felt very spacious and well laid out, with two restrooms and a small kitchen area, which was a nice bonus and made the stay more comfortable. That said, there were a few things that stood out as missing or needing attention. The closet situation was odd, the coat closet near the entry had no hangers at all, and there were very few in the main closet as well. Also, for a room with a kitchen, it was surprising that there were no utensils, paper towels, plates, or basic kitchen items available. We also noticed the blackout curtains in the bedroom were broken, with part of them hanging off, which seems like something that should have been caught during routine maintenance. In addition, our room key wasn’t activated for parking, which created an unnecessary hassle. Despite those issues, we still had a great time and enjoyed our stay. With a few small improvements to the room setup and maintenance, this would easily be an even better experience.

Staff was hard to contact regarding room cleaning and towels. There was 4 of us and they only kit 3 towels in the bathroom! The first night the shampoo dispenser was empty. Took them 24 hours to come and fill it Had to run to CVS to buy shampoo to wash my hair! Minor inconvenience.

Check in process took 9hours because They got my phone number wrong. Staff was rude at QR code self check in and didn’t communicate well with guest services staff. Jacuzzi Tub jets didn’t work Valet staff let my Uber Eats food order get stolen swiftly and just laughed about it.

Staff support was terrible Room smelled like marijuana and sewer Customer service was horrible. HORRIBLE and unresponsive. We called asking for a room change and they said a manager will ChANGE our room and I’d never happened. Overall the casino is great but the customer service was HELL. The check in process was awful and ruined the whole thing. We waited in line for ages to be told that our room was not ready (at 4pm)!!!! We were told it could be anytime maybe even 6pm and we had to wait. The only area to sit and wait near reception was a bar and no children allowed!! At 6pm I returned to reception to be told it still was not ready!!! Had to make a fuss and then finally they got room ready. The whole hotel smells of smoke. The room was lovely and big. Balcony was great but also smelled of smoke from smokers on other balconies. Restaurants were amazing - Zuma and noodle/taco was also amazing! Great location.

Amazing!! We stayed for four days and 3 nights! My boys absolutely enjoyed the view and the jacuzzi that was in our room. Customer service was great and very attentive. Highly recommend staying here.
