Staff Support is the worst I have seen in my life. They were busy to the point they neglected the customers who had proper booking. We booked 2 queen size beds and were given 1 king size bed. I and my 20 year old full grown daughter have to share the same bed. It was terrible experience. Somehow we passed our 2 night stay and left for home. Never going to stay with the Cosmo. Rather stay in some cheap motel. Pathetic !!!!

The check in process was a nightmare. Over an hour in line. Agents looking around with nothing to do, I actually thought their system went down! Room was great, but stay in the lower floors. The elevators take a bit of time on the upper floors. Our coffee table was a bit of a mess and you can tell it had not been cleaned in a while but other than that the room was great. For the price the Venetian or Encore is where I would go
