We waited in line for 45 minutes. They have been us a room with a broken toilet. I waited on housekeeping hold for 30 minutes. They said it would take another 30-45 minutes to get someone to fix it. During my recent stay at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, I experienced multiple serious service failures that significantly impacted my trip. First, shortly after a smooth check-in, I was called back to the front desk due to a claimed card issue—even though the deposit had already processed. Despite confirming this through my bank and the hotel system, I was required to run my card again, resulting in a duplicate charge. The manager insisted the charge hadn’t gone through and refused to escalate the issue. Later that evening, another guest was mistakenly given access to my room and opened the door while I was inside. My own key was simultaneously deactivated. This was a major security lapse. The following morning, despite confirming a 12 p.m. late checkout with multiple staff members, I discovered I had been checked out of the system early and locked out of my room again.

Waiting line for 45 minutes to get to Eggslut restaurant is terrible. Waiting in line for 35 minutes at Milk with twenty people ahead was intolerable. Food service people must have worded at USPS before🤨☹️

I loveddd this hotel! Absolutely gorgeous and wonderful attentive staff. From check in to check out I was very impressed with anyone that I spoke to, you can tell they have the extraordinary customer service training. The room was so beautiful and I throughly enjoyed the balcony. Great food, casino, pool, entertainment, etc. highly recommend!!
