My room was not ready until after 6pm when my check in was at 3pm over 3 hours later. Front desk lady said I would get $100 on credit for drinks at the hotel due to our check in being an hour late. After 2 hours our room was still not ready and I went up to the front desk again and the man at the front desk mentioned that he would add another $150 dollars to our credit since it had been over 3 hours and also did not have a time frame on when our room would be ready. When I talked to guest services they mentioned that they can only apply the $100 since the other employee didn’t notate the file. It is very unfortunate that the employee did follow through with what he said he was going to do and overall unfortunate that our room was not ready until after 6pm when check in was at 3pm.
