We booked a terrace room but had to be moved from the original to another (after having to complain multiple times). The reason? Neighboring rooms would smoke weed on their terrace and the smell would permeate through the closed door. Whoever the culprit was, was having an enjoyable time smoking every 30 to 40 minutes so it was pretty bad. After being an absolute pain to get rooms changed (staff was kind despite this) the new room also had permeating MJ but it was nowhere near as bad as the original room so we let it be. So word to the wise, if you do not like the smell of weed do not book a terrace room.

This is my favorite hotel on the strip! The rooms and views don't disappoint! I love the attentiveness of the staff, as well as the proximity to other hotels and attractions. You will not ever go wrong staying at the Cosmo!

Room wise aafe didn’t work and we were missing a few things like robe and slippers. Expedia’s guaranteed 1pm late check out turned out to not be a guarantee so not sure why it was mentioned in the email I received. Food credits weren’t applied originally and I had to get front desk to apply them manually also check-in/check-out line to be 30-40 minutes long is ridiculous. So many desks at the front for only 3 people to be working is interesting.

The balcony was the best part of the hotel. Being a non-smoker the hotel constantly smelled like cigarettes which my son and I did not enjoy. We were there to celebrate his 21st bday. Also, the pool was closed for the 3 to 4 days that we were there paying 1000 dollars for one night was extreme for the pool to be closed.
