The Cosmopolitan Of Las Vegas offers 3041 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars and laptop-compatible safes. Pillowtop beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets, down duvets and premium bedding. 54-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium cable channels, pay-per-view films and Netflix.

Ive never been treated so poorly by customer service anywhere. There were 2 staff people in the whole establishment that were kind and helpful. Other than that, checking in was a nightmare as was using valet. The staff were rude, unhelpful and unkind. I will never return.

Got to hotel at 10am and understand check in at 4…room was not ready until 530!!! No attempt from staff after a number of visits to lounge to ask on progress for them to expedite or offer other solutions. Room itself was in mediocre shape with broken items, refrigerator and dirty showers/sinks.
