The room was huge and spotless. I always get a room with 2 queens, even if it's just me traveling. This rooms was big enough to play catch in if we wanted to. But the hotel and restraunts are also fantastic as well. Beauty and Essex is one of the hidden gem places to dine. One of the many appetizers we had before main course was the smoked bacon, tomato soup dumplings. It was so good. My only complaint was the check in was fumbled a little. My key didn't work for the door so they gave me a different room and sent a tech to check the batteries in the door lock. Maybe that's why the replacement room was so big. Beautiful place. Friendly staff.

Initially, I requested an early check-in, which was refused not even for one hour. However, at 3:45 PM, I was told that my room was still not ready, even though my scheduled check-in time was 3:00 PM. The staff informed me that sometimes check-in can be delayed until as late as 11:00 PM and that they could not guarantee a room. I was then told that if I wanted to check in immediately, I would need to pay extra for an upgrade, which I did not want. Unfortunately, I had a conference and meetings to attend, so I was left with no other option. Room service also had a wait time of 120 minutes. Overall, I definitely did not receive the level of service expected for the amount I paid. I will not be returning to this property and would not recommend it. I have been using Expedia for a long time, and this is the first time I have had such a poor experience.

We're so glad we chose the Cosmopolitan for our stay in Las Vegas! All of the staff are wonderful and there are many great food options on-site. Our room was clean and spacious, with a great view of the Bellagio Fountains. It's also perfectly located in the middle of The Strip so we were close enough to walk most places without issue but the Deuce bus stops are almost directly outside on either side of the street. We would absolutely stay here again.

Check in was a nightmare. Upgraded us without our knowledge to a single king suite but we had 4 ppl and needed 2 beds. They didnt have any other 2 bed rooms available so we had to "upgrade" to a corner unit and get 2 roll away beds. The upgrade cost 200 more per night and no compensation was ooffered or given for theis screw up.
