We stayed at Tru two years ago in 2023, and it felt like a new hotel. They never opened during COVID so in 2023, it felt new. When we stayed here this week, we learned that the hotel was partially renovated and was still being renovated. My husband noticed right away, but I thought why would they need to update this hotel? This hotel is very clean, modern, bright and in a safe area with complimentary parking and a light breakfast. Be sure to book your airport shuttle ahead of time because they do get busy in the morning. They run hourly or every 30 minutes before 7am and share the shuttle with their sister properties next door.

It was located on very convenient loction. The front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. Room was clean. lots of parking. Close to strip. Price is better than Casinos, No resort fee. Overall excellent experience.

The customer service was great. The cleanliness of the room.... not so much. The shower was not cleaned, the room was smaller then expected and i wish they had better coverings on the open food. Lots of coughing over the food. The walls in the room were of this rough stucco like material. Everytime out clothes rubbed against it, it was like velcro. The elevator was really raggedy and was maybe under construction? Overall the staff was great but I will probably not stay there again.
