Good luck to find the reading light switch in the room, the sink are not working, the air conditioning aren’t working when I arrived my room.. i have to call the help desk twice then have to go to the front desk asking for help.. after two hours of check in the Engineer came to the room fixed the problem.. the sink remains the same at not working condition. I truly hope next guest don’t have to go through the same experience as I did.. it was bad one!!!

Great night life. Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful EXCEPT for the concierge...they couldnt snswer basic questions. There should be more amenities in the room. Such as:charger ports, better reception on the t.v. The room had a stale odor. Overall iwould give the property an 8 out of 10.

Overall everything was great. The only issue, on and off, was the north open parkade which sometimes the automatic gate did not open for the cars for some reasons and this made terrafic. One gate is not sufficient in such cases and there must always be a back up gate for the cars with no issues.

Fun Stay

We had excellent accommodations. The Motown show and Frankie Valli concert were fun and entertaining. My only criticism is the Metroplitan system in the parking tower. It is confusing. When I had an issue, the front desk referred me to security who in turn referred me to the front desk. Not a good last impression as we were trying to leave for the airport.

I love anything Elvis related so being that he's still an element of the hotel is awesome. I personally wish there was more elvis stuff but that's just my Fandom talking. I do think it be amazing to check out the room he stayed in though. But can completely understand why that can't be a thing. All around i love the westgate. Great staff and everything is always clean. The rooms ive stayed in have been perfect the two times I've been to vegas has been for the apa and the set up for that is awesome as well. It truly is my favorite place to be. I feel at home there. Wish i could afford to be here more.

Stayed here in the past, this is the first time it was a horrible experience. Temperature in the room was set to hell cause it was so hot maintenance came to fix it worked for about 30 min and back to hell I was. I paid the up charge for 2 queen beds I was given 2 double beds, the most they could do was not charge me my resort fee which was fine I guess. Safe to say this wasn’t the best trip I’ve had

You can do better!

I paid for the upgraded new room and it was decent but the hot water didn’t work. Maintenance went up to fix it and it was 4 hours. Went up the room, no messages and the hot water still didn't work. Called the front desk, they said nothing could be done and they didn't have any rooms. I said this was unacceptable and they moved me rooms, but not to an upgraded room and all the way in the other side of hotel Didn't want to have this issue when you're working on an hour of sleepl. They sent my bill and said they would credit me my resort fee, which is comical. Got my bill resort fee still on there. No chance i ever stay here again

Our room at the Westgate was beautifully up to date. A real surprise for a Vegas hotel--a microwave and free coffee in the room.

I didn’t find anything unique about this property. The minute I entered the room, I could tell that it’s been awhile since it was updated. The baseboards needed to be painted, the bathroom fixtures were outdated, the access to charging electronic devices were outdated and the USB ports didn’t work as well as the safe wasn’t functioning. The furniture was old and not really functional. I enjoyed Sid’s for breakfast but the cost $75 for 2, was ridiculous. If all the rooms are like the one I stayed in, I wouldn’t recommend the Westgate to any of my family or friends.
