Nice Stay at the Westgate

I loved staying at the Westgate for 3 nights while attending an event at the Convention Center. It was convenient, attractively priced and fun to return at night with many options for relaxing at the end of a long day! The loop was convenient and so was the monorail station!

At check-in I asked for an upgrade and paid for a larger room. Was getting settled in and found 3 live roaches. Was repacking and noticed a pair of shoes left in the room from the last guests. Front desk gave me a new room but no refund of my upgrade fees. Overall this property is old and not in the greatest condition. The guests are generally older - think AARP CROWD. Lots of wheelchairs and gray hairs.
