Their was only one elevator for the many guest that were staying there. It would take us almost 5 to 10 minutes to get on. The elevator also started having problems and we had to take the stairs to get to our rooms.

The rooms were filthy. Giant thick spider web in the corner of room. Room phone wasn’t working we had to call the front desk via our cell phones they said they would send someone to fix and they never came. The bathroom, oh the bathroom. The tub was brown, there was sand on sink top, old tooth paste splatter on mirror. The dresser had broken drawers that wouldn’t stay closed. I had to use a small piece of rope we used for floaties in the river to keep them from opening. At one point I stepped into the hallway and ran into house keeping I asked if there was some kind of cleaning/ wipes or solution she could give me to give the room a wipe down and her response was “guest usually bring their own” I just smiled and said ok and walked away. Anyway. I stayed at the resort a few years back and the rooms were good. I just feel they’ve let them go. The river experience/ beach was great. My family and I really enjoyed it.

When we checked in the room smelled of mildew and water. There were damp spots in the carpet all around the room. I did inform front desk and did not receive a call back from a manager. The next morning I called down to the front desk again and asked to have a full service clean on the room because one of the beds sheets were soiled. We were out all day and returned at 4:30pm and our room had not been touched or cleaned whatsoever. They moved us into a different room around 7pm and we had to gather our belongings and children (age 2 &5) because they couldn’t have someone some clean the room.

Sandy Beach.

Good restaurant plus smaller places to get go orders. Clean nice beach only thing i will say is No Wheel of Fortune in gambling areas but very clean.

A real review. Bed was ok breakfast buffet was a 5/10 the bath had a ring of scum and brown water we had 2 rooms both discussing we called to have cleaned never showed up arriving into the room I smelled like weed the towels smelled like smoke the pool was green and had a strong smell of cloren the front desk players card desk very rude and unprofessional we Weren’t the only ones disappointed in this place there were many others.

The pool area was disgusting. Water was green on 2nd day which indicates bacteria. They told people it was normal, it isn't. If it is then why wasnt it like that the day before or the kids little pool. My family wasnt able to enjoy pool, when i saw I had to go get my kids out.

The room they gave me was really bad, there was absolutely no WiFi in our room, my tv was glitching. I told the front desk about the tv and the person that came and fix the tv, only reset the tv and left without bothering to stay to make sure the tv was good to go and sure enough the tv was still glitching. Their swimming pool so really green and I don’t think it’s fair that I spend a lot money just to have a bad experience. I won’t no longer be staying this hotel for good.
