Overall stay was good. Not a 5 star hotel but it had everything we needed and room was very clean. Bath tub had a clog so water drained slowly. Liked the amenities for the kids. Pool not heated during off season.

Never stayed at Riverside all these and finally did. It’s got everything for a long weekend stay. Jacuzzi and pool were clean and so relaxing. Food was great. And the movie theater was super clean.

The property is a somewhat dated, the non-smoking gaming area is pretty small compared to the smoking area. The pools are small but were very clean and the drinks at the poolside bar were reasonable especially compared to Vegas. The staff was great, the waitresses in the buffet were awesome and the housekeeper for our room was wonderful.

I had high hopes knowing that this is an older property. Had been here before and had a mic experience. This one was not great. We had reserved a non smoking room through Expedia. We were told at check in that we had not stated a preference so we were put in a smoking room. I had reserved their big room with a river view so they weren’t able to refund anything if we switched to a less expensive nonsmoking room, again blamed on Expedia. We went up to our room. The room was a great size, view was ok. Went to go to bed and we had stained sheets and there were a couple of lights that shined directly into our room all night long making the balcony unusable in the evening. The only saving grace was that the staff (aside from the front desk) were very friendly and eager to help. I don’t understand the attitude toward customers who use “third party” services. If you don’t want customers booking that way, don’t allow your hotel to be listed on them.

Room was clean except for some dust on the lighting fixtures. Rooms could use a bit more light though. We did ask for extra towels one night but they never came. Had to call again the following day and they brought them up. Slots paid out but getting a drink while playing took forever. Losers lounge is a fun chill place but it does get packed. My sister and her husband got upgraded to a suite which was pretty big however the balcony was missing a rail which isn’t safe

The water main broke. And I know this is no fault of the resort but giving guests a free bottle of water when we could quite literally not use our in room bathrooms was lame. Let’s see if I end up paying for the water after all !!! Otherwise was a super great stay. My room was at the end of the hallway and it was so super quiet.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was along with a very faint but pleasant disinfectant smell. I was also very happy the room was quiet and I didn't hear people in the hallways or other rooms. Nothing fancy, but I was looking for a room for the least cost and didn't expect the room to be as nice and I wasn't disappointed with the room at all. The staff needs a mention, from the valet parking attendants, to check-in and employees around the casino. Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. And if you enjoy poker, you won't be disappointed with the staff, dealers. I felt welcomed throughout the hotel and casino and will definitely be coming back.
