Weeks before checking in I requested a mini because they don't provide one which motel doesn't that's like a must and no microwave is a must to so while checking in I asked again about my mini fridge they said they were going to bring it up I never got it the whole stay I was there asked for it again still no fridge only because I'm traveling with my mother who is sick and takes insulin so we never got the mini fridge my mom's medicine went bad and she got sick. Well checking out I tried to ask for an extra hour till my Mom feels better some lady try to tell me no and some other older lady came and help me and let me stay an extra hour other than that great location and kool access to the river

Super convenient, love that there is no resort fee or deposit. Staff was friendly and accommodating when I needed to move rooms from 3rd floor to ground floor. Rooms were okay, kinda dusty and some of the outlets didnt work but overall happy with what we got for what we paid. We'll be back!

Hotel waa great! Love staying at the Pioneer. Now floor underneath had some shady people doing illegal activity. I mind my business but dont like my kids around it. Might start thinking of staying elsewhere for our Laughlin trips.
