Clean room with no frills! It seems like we were next door to people who may have a long term stay. They were on their phone talking at 5:00 am! They were on speaker phone so you could hear the caller and receiver of the phone call conversing in Spanish for at least 45-60 minutes. Waited in line to check in for about 5 minutes…..there was no one in line and there were 2 receptionists while I waited. Appreciated being greeted by the person in the store every time we walked in to the casino. Also enjoyed the restaurant. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Food was pretty tasty, too!

The price was great, Laughlin is great, the hotel is great. Only downside their elevator was out of service and we had to haul a huge suitcase up the stairs. Hopefully thats fixed soon we are already coming down for December, but will need the elevator to work.

The rooms were dirty, and the beds were very uncomfortable. They did not seem like the new pioneer I do not know what’s new about him. That’s the first time we stayed there and it was very uncomfortable. Instead of saying our second night we left I will not stay there again.
