Don't accidentally leave anything behind!

I only stayed one night. Unfortunately I made a mistake and ahad forgotten I left a full size coach wallet in the cubby drawer area in my room. I do know I had left it there because I had just cleaned out my purse and organized all my cards, putting all my bank cards and ID and very important cards in my new wallet, while putiing all my gaming reward cards. Room keys, and my medical insurance cards in the full size coach wallet. I packed very light only staying the one night and simply forgot it in the cubby when I left. Later that same day when Inrealized I didnt have it, I instantly knew exactly where it was, I vividly remember exactly where I left it. I called the hotel and was routed to security. The security guard took down my number and called me back about 5 minutes later to tell me they hadnt recovered it. Inasked if I should check back again in a day or 2, he said no, nobody turned it in and if they hadn't already turned it in, they weren't going to! Wow. So housekeeping stole my wallet just because it was a coach wallet.. that's pretty disheartening tbh.

The place was nice and clean. The issue was they fire alarm went off 9 times from 230 -400 am. Not sleep was had.

I like the pioneer always go there when I’m in Laughlin. Some alarm went off multiple times the first night very annoying. Stayed there many times so only one bad night. The Pioneer generally has the best price

Never again

I had a problem calling and asking about early check in. They had me call back every 20mins. Then I wanted to stay another night but they gave me a hard time about that. The last straw was while I was meeting my driver it was right at check out. My children and I left the property and were already checking in at another hotel when they called to insist my teenage children were still in the room. When I told the lady that they were not, because they were with me, she insisted again. While I'm standing there, looking at my kids, right in front of me. I'll never stay there again.
