The staff was great! The room itself could use some improvements. You can tell that it is outdated. In the bathroom everything that was metal was rusted. Not a good look at all and especially for what we paid for one night only.

Room was comfortable and clean breakfast was fresh and yummy. Stayed here many times before and always comfortable here and feel safe, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Will always stay here when visiting Lawton and the Wildlife Refuge.

Experienced about 15-minutes wait for the front desk clerk to get someone checked in; seemed kind of longer than usual. My check-in(with reservations) took only 2 minutes! Room was in good condition. My husband chose this hotel for me because they advertised a hot tub; however, we discovered it was an outdoors amenity and closed for the season. Don’t remember the listing saying that. The hot breakfast buffet food was fine ; but, some odd positioning of common stuff was quite inconvenient. For example, the coffee was located far from the food line. A staff member got the coffee for me when asked. Orange juice, however, was “hidden” behind fresh fruits snd other things and the staff member said we should go get our own. Overall, I would say this hotel stay was about average and as somewhat more expensive than others with similar accommodations.
