We did not receive any special care. It was just a normal check-in. Check in service was fine. People at the front desk were helpful. Restaurant staff was rather slow. Don’t be in a hurry to get out of the restaurant if you go here. Service is not very attentive.

Great hotel option if you need to be close to CDG! Beautiful rooms and grounds, friendly and attentive staff, very good breakfast, excellent shuttle service, easy walking distance to attractive village of Le Mesnil Amelot… unfortunately, the restaurant at hotel is quite a disappointment. Such a nice hotel as this deserves a nicer quality restaurant!!

Great hotel to layover in. Shuttle driver was very helpful. Wonderful overall vibes. Area to improve upon would be to add a water filling station. Staff were kind enough to let us know that we could refill our water bottles at thr bar, but I don't like to inconvenience anyone and would prefer to refill my own bottles. Other than than, highly recommended if wanting to stay near the airport for an early flight out.

The reception area was filled with fun swings and seats. The kids enjoyed swinging in the different swings/seats available. The restaurant had great service and wonderful food. We were only at the hotel overnight. Now I wished we had at least 2 days to explore. Next time.
