Lovely welcome. The upgrade was very much appreciated. Large room, coffee/tea provided, clean, good breakfast buffet. The airport shuttle only stops at terminal 2 which was a surprise. Long haul to terminal 1. All in all, would definitely stay again!

Lovely hotel. Very clean and a free Shuttle service from the airport. I had problems with the coffee machine at first and had to call the technician up as no water was coming through. He fix it but unfortunately there was then no milk to put in the coffee so I had to go down to reception to ask. I was told to see the barman which I did and also asked for me coffee pods. I got the milk but was told to see reception for the pods but as there was a large queue for check in I gave up. Had a wonderful French beer and fish and chips. The fish was great but unfortunately the chips were almost cold, I ate them anyway. Most of the staff were lovely and the room and bed were great. Will definitely stay again.

The room was large, very comfortable, clean and the bed was divine. The hotel restaurant serves dinner until 10:30 pm which was very convenient since our flight got in late. The breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious and the hotel shuttle was the cherry on top!

The room was very clean, and the staff were courteous. The hotel’s location near the airport is convenient, but it is far from most attractions. There is no shuttle service between 12 PM and 5 PM, so guests arriving or departing during those hours must rely on taxis or Uber. The restaurant has very limited food options and is overpriced. I ordered a well-done steak but was served an undercooked one with red inside. When I asked for a replacement, it was still not prepared correctly and ended up overcooked. Overall, the room was the only part of my stay that I liked.

I booked with The Jangle Hotel based upon high reviews. Prior to arriving, the hotel sent a welcoming message with a reminder of their shuttle service. I was greatly impressed. I am giving a mediocre rating for the following reasons: the shuttle service was not booked for the time I requested. My intuition told me to consult reception in the morning and thankfully the new team at the reception desk got us on at a suitable time. An older gentleman was our initial waiter. I ordered soup and salad. He suggested repeatedly to start with salad and end with soup.The soup never came. Though I noted several others arriving after us were served and on their way before we were ever approached again. In fact, a man two tables over ordered the same meal as me, albeit the large salad, served by the same waiter and he was served promptly. A waitress came, I explained the situation. She clearly did not understand. I requested the soup originally ordered and suggested my son order a dessert. Again, the order took an extremely long time to the point I cancelled the request and paid for what we consumed. Finally, upon settling down for the night, discovered the toilet was leaking as we could hear it dripping. I contacted the front desk who moved us to the first floor behind reception where it was very loud time. Overall, I would consider your reason for staying. If it is to be close to the airport, you can do better as I have stayed at CDG airport hotel before with greater success.

The room looks nice design-wise, but there were clear signs of a water leak on the ceiling, which was not pleasant to see. Unfortunately, the service was even more disappointing. From a four-star hotel, you expect basic needs to be taken care of. Housekeeping did not replenish toilet paper, tissues, or bottled water. When I contacted reception, I was told I had to go downstairs and pick them up myself. This felt very surprising and inconvenient. The restaurant was also disappointing. At breakfast, the leaf salad was not fresh and smelled spoiled. For dinner, I ordered a steak that was extremely tough and lacked flavour. Overall, very poor impressions of my stay. I will not be returning.
