the room was okay, clean but the bathroom was very small and there was no vent or fan in the bathroom so it was very steamy when showering making the floor and counter top slippery and the lobby floors were wet all the time from someone constantly mopping them. Staff interaction was very minimal only spoke to staff when checking in

Beeping outside the room (like a dying smoke detector), reported to front desk with no response. outer door was not locked (had a key swipe but didn’t need a key)…security and facility upkeep seems lacking. Too bad, I’ve always liked this hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast included. it was a nice touch that a stuffed animal was sitting on the bed and was available to be adopted. My autistic son forgot his. It was a fundraiser for Cancer research.
The Koi fish were friendly too. The big one was a character. Beautiful environment in the common area. There was a fire in the fire place. Very welcoming.
