Booked a non smoking room online and was given a smoking room. I avoid being around any second hand smoke for my kids at all costs. Hotel was trying to tell me that it was a 3rd party issue but as soon as I gave them my name they immediately began damage control and talking about how my room mistake was not their fault. I did not volunteer that I had originally booked a non smoking room. There was an event in town so there were no other hotels available otherwise I would have moved. If this is a known issue and I was the only one who booked 3rd party (assumed from their comments) then good customer service would dictate that you'd reach out rather than tell me I was screwed at 9pm.

We booked a non smoking room and ended up having to stay in a smoking room. The room smelled awful, was outdated and the toilet leaked. The front dest was super sweet, however. They did say they were starting renovations soon.

Worst hotel stay

TV didn't work and nobody could fix it. Last day of our stay, they offered to move is to a different room. The curtains were dirty and stained. The tv stand was wobbly and water logged on the bottom. The ironing board was broken.

This is an older property. It is evident by the condition of the facility. There was peeling paint, rust, and loose fixtures. It was fine for a one night stay while we were passing through. It seems they do try to keep it as clean as they can tho. What really won me over here was the service from the staff. The women at front desk at both check out and check in were lovely. The staff is the highlight of this property.
