Kotimme sijaitsee Lynnhavenin kylässä, joka sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla uima-altaille, golfille ja ostosmahdollisuuksille. Lake Sumter Landing ja Southern Trace Shopping Plaza ovat 2 mailin päässä autolla tai golfkärryllä. Tässä tahrattomassa kodissa ei ole mattoja, korkeat katot, ruostumattomat laitteet, kaasuliesi, 2 auton autotalli, pesutupa, lepotuoli ja kauniit kalusteet. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, kaksinkertainen pesuallas turhamaisuus, kaakeloitu suihku ja kävellä kaappiin. Yhdessä vierashuoneessa on queen-vuode ja toisessa vuodesohva, ja sitä voidaan käyttää dennissa tai toimistossa. Lasilasissa on liukuikkunat ja se lämmitetään ja jäähdytetään. Vuokraan sisältyy kaasugolfkärry sekä 2 vieras-henkilötodistusta ja kaasugrilli. (2 kuukautta min helmi / maaliskuu)
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Miona Lake Golf Club (golfkeskus). Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Clean and comfortable!

We loved this house! We were there to visit my mother in law and it convenient to everything. It was central to the squares and everything we needed. The house was updated, clean and comfortable with enough room for the 5 of us to spread out. Communication with the property owner was fabulous! We would stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot!!!

The house was beautiful. The owners thought of everything you would need on vacation including transportation (golf carts). The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Great communication with Stephanie. It was a great stay....WE WILL BE RENTING AGAIN!! Thanks for a worry free vacation!! This is a 5-star property.

Army reunion from the Viet Nam era. Attention to detail was clear and in order. Every concern and expectation was met, spot on! The home owners know exactly what folks need and enjoy. Although only a few of our military unit were there to golf, this home made it easy for 'social' golf buddies to enjoy 'The Villages'.

Awesome Location!

The location is awesome and we loved having a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter and shopping. The house is very nice and cozy. The hosts are pretty awesome as well. Can't wait to come back again.

Stephanie and Pete have thought of everything. The home has all the amenities our family wanted. The kitchen has all of the equipment to make gourmet meals. The beds are comfortable with spacious bathrooms.

Stay a Long While!

Our 3 month visit to “Stay Awhile” was the most enjoyable of our 10 years renting at The Villages. The attractive home is well appointed and well equipped. The private back porch is fully enclosed but easily converts into an open-air facility that quickly becomes the most popular space in the home. In bad weather that distinction might fall to the attractive study. There are 4 TV’s . . . and not one, but TWO gas golf carts making it easy to take advantage of the home’s excellent location with Palmer Legends and Sumter Landing in easy reach. Stay Awhile!

Visiting family in the Villages

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home in Lynnwood village with everything we needed. The house was immaculate and very comfortable for 5 of us. The 2 golf carts were the biggest highlight! I Highly recommend for your next visit to the Villages!
