Front desk staff is courteous, they have accommodated us in an accessible room. good breakfast but in a very crammed space. Room was very smelly, carpet has decades of dirt in it. Room has a pungent urine odor, doesn’t dissipate even when AC is turned on. Windows cannot be opened. It was an unpleasant experience. If not for the room odor, rest is fine. Sheets changed daily, nice comfortable beds, spacious etc

Condition okay, my one bed room was very small. I did not like that the TV was on top of the dresser near the ceiling. To watch it you had lay way back on the bed and look straight up. The TV could be put above the desk area and remove the mirror. Breakfast was good.
