There was lots of hair all over the bathroom. In the shower on the walls and shower floor. The hair on the toilet was very disgusting. Stains on the counter and I’m not talking about water spots. The floor not swept. Basically I think they forgot to clean this room and I got stuck in yet another dirty room twice. I didn’t complain the first time but this time here it’s ridiculous. I wish someone would have reached out to me.
Dissapointed does not even begin to describe it. I booked a suite. When my family (wife,teenage daughter, 1year old,and I)arrived we were given a key to our room. Upon walking in we realized it was not a suite and it had no couch at all. Went back to the front desk and she moved us to a suite. We go up to this room and it looked promising so we start to settle in. My wife went to bathe our baby and the tub was dirty and full of someone else's hair, then as the water was running we noticed it would not get hot. We had driven 5 hours and we just wanted to bathe and settle in. Upon looking around the room there was someone else's hair all in the bed, screws all over the floor, and the worst part a random PILL laying on the bathroom floor. Mind you we have a baby so after seeing this we decided we would not be staying in this room. My wife went to the front desk hoping for a resolution but was told there were no more rooms and we could just go to another hotel. So here we are packing up all of our things again at midnight and scrambling to find another room after our horrible experience at Laquinta. 10/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!!
The staff was great but no smiles they looked miserable and they should looking at the condition of the hotel. It’s very dirty. Pubes in my bath, the tub leaks, dust and bugs everywhere and the black out curtains didn’t close. Also the floors were nasty and sticky. I’ll never stay or recommend this place.
Property needs to be updated and more attention to building and interior, broken floor tiles, toilet upgrades, tubs are outdated, no fart fan, staff was great
The Desk clerks were fantastic. The room was clean. The only problem for me was breakfast was not very appetizing. They had batter for waffles, 3 sausages for my husband and I. No fruit, no bread but a toaster. Cereal and oatmeal but no milk. No forks just knives and spoons. Just disappointed it’s been better other LaQuinta’s. We went at 8 am.
I can't say I would stay here again. While the hotel was relatively quiet, it was in terrible condition. My shower completely flooded the bathroom floor which I learned was still covered in whatever soap they used to mop the floor as I slid and almost busted my face on the slick sud covered floor. It was a handicap shower and the water was not properly contained, leaving it to rush out into the floor. I had to request a lot of towels to keep the floor dryer.
MOLD everywhere. The baseboards behind the bed and all through the room were covered making the room smell pretty bad. The whole room floor was slick with mop leftovers and stayed damp from the humidity.
TV remote did not work. On my last morning before checkout out, the lady doing house keeping was screaming irately at either another member of the staff or possibly on the phone, I could not tell from the peep hole, but she was cussing in the hallway and yelling other profanities. I thought it was another guest until I saw her inter the room across the hall with her cart. I was not able to get breakfast in the morning because other guests had cleaned it out and it was never restocked after the first rush leaving only tea packets on the counter.

The employees were friendly but the room we were in was not clean. The bathroom floor had trash on it and it was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. The bathroom also has some maintenance needs around the shower and tub to keep the water from creating mold and rot around the tub.
MOUSE POOP in the frosted flakes...dispensed flakes and put on milk when I noticed it. I brought to attention of desk clerk and they changed the cereal dispenser, but NEVER APOLOGIZED OR ASKED ANY QUESTIONS.
Toilet would not stop running in the room. Never offered to change the room even though very few hotel guests in the hotel.
The outdoor pool was green and dirty.
The hotel lost electricity for one day and we had to leave bc no air or lights. No accommodation was made.
Extremely disappointed!!!!!!! Desk clerks were nice, but no customer service follow through!!!!!!
I was very disappointed by the fact that they had no breakfast options at all, it was listed as having breakfast but it was a bold face lie. The water pressure for the shower was highly inadequate and there was no where within the shower stall to place your bar of soap while you were washing yourself. Shower stall was highly slippery devoid of any type of anti-slip matting. I have stayed at many La Quinta Hotel's over the years and this one by far was the worst I've ever seen. I definitely will not be back.
In the beginning it was not ok but your guests service lady was the best had wasp in our room she changed our room right away

The staff were great. The room was clean, but the hotel is older and could use a renovation. They did not have anything in the shop and did not serve breakfast. My main reason for booking this hotel was due to breakfast being served. The staff were great though. The amenities should be updated to what is actually available.
The couch was filthy. Had to get sheets to cover the couch. No fire alarm in the bedroom. The thermostat was torn from the wall. The curtains in the bed room were torn. Sun shined in, so no sleeping in. Lamp shad torn from lamp. Some of the tiles on wall were missing in the bathroom and kitchen/living area. The dresser in the room looked like it came from the side of the road. NO BREAKFAST, the only reason I wanted to stay. The pool was not clean. This is all un called for. Should’ve been told there were no rooms.
I really didn't like anything about this hotel! First of all ,there was no breakfast and no snacks nor anything that u could purchase.The first room i had,had no smoke detached, the curtains was stained so bad,the sheets on the bed were dirty and had hair on them,the drain in the bathroom sink was split,air conditioning unit was nasty,like it was never cleaned since it been opened! Then they moved us to another room where i had no shower curtain,and everything in the room that was made of wood was ate up!
Hotel had mold growing on curtains by window dust on a lot of the stuff in the room and it looked like the hotel had been condemned for years and they decided to turn on the lights. And rent out rooms without fixing or remodeling the place inside or out.
Stayed here twice now. Staff is always friendly. Very cheap, convenient and well maintained. It’s also nice being on Entrance road and right next to Fort Johnson

It was fairly clean, the hot water worked, the AC worked, and there are no bugs. The property definitely needs maintenance. However it worked just fine.
