The gentleman who greeted us at the front desk was excellent! He is a wonderful person and is very kind. His customer service is superb! The room is very nice and comfortable. We are happy to be here.

No frig in room. No toilet psper. One set of towels. Hole in wall. Bathrm door a wreck. Can see out the front door its pouring in cold air. The young man who chevked us in was wonderful very kind. But this is not worth $800. For a week when its freezing and no supplies. We travel here often. Im a retired court officer and it was noicey from other tenants and ice at the door of our vehicle that shouldnt be there .very dissapointing this room . Thank god we had a blanket with us.

The room was freezing.They did not have the heat on.It took forever to actually warm up the towels for the bathroom were dirty and stained.. There was a child at the front desk upon arrival.. the adjacent rooms the t vs were very loud..
