High cost WSU weekend low value hotel

Desk person and all employes were helpful and courteous. The building seems very old and only in fair condition. Age and condition of beds could be better if replaced. This is a low cost hotel; But during the WSU graduation weekend, it was overpriced like every hotel in the area. Breakfast was minimal, that's OK, but on this weekend price it could have been better.

This property was okay. The doors do not seal properly so air and noise go through them. Also we asked for maid service and we never received it. They were nice enough about it but they seem understaffed. Also the air conditioning does not work properly. It seemed to be too warm and didn’t cool down enough even when we kept turning the temp down. The desk chair was way too low and couldn’t be adjusted and there was no place to sit in our room except the bed. For about $300 a night, we were very disappointed and will plan not to stay there again.
