Our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, the hot drinks, and the room was clean with comfortable beds. We ate supper nearby at a delicious pizza place. The breakfast was fairly standard with some good hot selections.

The floor was not vacuumed so my wife had to ask for a vacuum and the pillows had some, what looked like, pet hair.

First room had hairs in both beds. The shower wouldn’t drain so you had to stand in water while showering. The room smelled musty and moldy. Had to switch rooms because they didn’t have clean sheets and blankets. 2nd room half the electrical outlets didn’t work. Hairs in the bathroom.

Very close to Virginia Horse Center, pet friendly and friendly staff. The staff was quick to help! My only complaint is the property could use redecorating. Our room was very clean but smell musty. Perhaps new carpet would help. I will stay here again.

Overall a great experience. We had 2 issues with our room key however, the front desk staff was quick in resolving the issue. The staff went above and beyond. Extremely respectful and so courteous. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hotel was very quiet and they had great amenities. The kids loved the breakfast, great variety. Again thank you for a great stay.

Checked in very late and even though I had called to let them know, front desk seemed annoyed when we arrived. Breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, however the one older lady working was ver attentive and eager to greet guests. Room was clean however there were some mold spots on bathroom ceiling. Wallpaper was very old and bubbling in several places, bed was nice, very springy. This hotel was rated very highly and I expected for for not only the price of a best western but the location. Not horrible but would not stay here again.

Hotel was a great stop on our drive. Very convenient to the expressway with some amenities nearby (Starbucks). It was a quiet break before getting back on the road AND the hotel accommodated our 2 large dogs.

Easy parking, and the bed was kind to my back. Breakfast was good, and it was easy to walk out the door and go for a walk. The only thing I would improve on is the Wi-fi, which could be faster.
