Room was pretty clean and cozy. We only stayed one night. We got a parking spot in front (lucky us) because the lot was packed. We walked around the area to grabs drinks and food and even to the casino nearby. 9/10 stay.

Wow did we feel like we hit the lottery here! Hotel checked all the boxes for us AND we got to go to a UK football game while we were in town. The shuttle has a stop right a crossed the street from the hotel!! This was an unexpected BONUS for us!! There were several good food options within walking distance as well.

felt dirty

The room was dark. The carpet was stained. We felt dirty being in the room and using the bathroom and walking on the floor. The last night the phone kept ringing. It would ring and only static was there when we picked up. It happened 7 times that night from midnight until morning. The only advice given to us from staff was to disconnect the phone. But we couldn't do that because the jack for the phone was broken off and we couldn't unplug it. When we arrived in the evening each night, only parking spots in the back of the building were open which wouldn't be a problem but they designated the back door for exit only so we had to walk around the entire hotel to the front to get in. That is difficult when carrying multiple things in.
