Overall, a solid choice ,The front desk staff were welcoming, and the room was generally clean. I appreciated the quiet hallways. However, the shower was a bit unreliable, the water never got hot just stayed luke warm .The location is central.The breakfast was decent, but a few more options would be nice.

Staff support lacking and blaming other people for charges they never stated were there when we checked in but when we checked out they said we had charges due to fee changes even though we booked through expedia. They still charged our credit card the full amount after saying they’d drop the charges down and wouldn’t even work with the representative from Expedia. I don’t want to stay at a thieving hotel that trumps up charges after the fact and lie about driopping charges to a certain amount and then turn around and charge the full amount later without telling us. Not staying here again, thieves. Also the treadmill was broken, the only one they have. Never staying here again.

A very nice hotel. Breakfast was adequate until the coffee machine broke. I would suggest getting some big pump type coffee pots. Glad we had coffee in the room.
